Every person is unique, we are all slightly different whether it is height, weight, gender or even our personal goals that we are aiming for. This is why eCoach Training Solutions designs a training programme specific to you as an individual. And because these specifics change over time, so do our training programmes, to help you get what you want.

The programmes are designed to help you improve your level of fitness in a wide range of sports from rugby to netball and cycling to multisport. eCoach has taken the time to research and analyse the science producing a programme that delivers results.

The programme runs over twelve weeks of training, with two sessions each week. Inbetween these sessions you can look at low intensity training, allowing you body time to recover and adapt from the two training sessions that eCoach gives you each week. Each programme has a number of cycles in it, these look at firstly developing your aerobic performance to training that stresses and improves your bodies ability to perform short efforts of anaerobic work, while decreasing the time for your body to recover from each effort.

This is an important part of the training programme as research shows that many sporting events are made up of a series of short anaerobic efforts followed by periods of rest and recovery.
